Come and enjoy a cold one (or two) with us! Tap into History takes you on a historic journey through Charleston’s past. Our certified guides will take you through the streets of Charleston teaching you about the history as you make your way between three local pubs.
Our tours offer you the chance to learn about the History of Charleston while visiting local’s favorite pubs. Each pub offers a unique flavors of micro-brews that have been brewed right here in the Lowcountry. From their IPAs to ESBs, porters to ales, and pilsners to wheat’s, everyone is bound to find a brew they enjoy.
Group Size: 10-30 people (10 person minimum). All walking tours are private.

Where Do We Go?
Charleston has long been known for its southern charm and rich history, but now for its beers too! Our tour visits three local pubs, The Griffon, Craftsmen Kitchen, Tbonz, and Southend Brewery. Each has its own specially crafted micro-brews made right here in the Lowcountry.
As you venture between pubs, you will visit some of Charleston’s most unique, popular, and intriguing places.
See the Battery, Fort Sumter, the French quarter, and some of the oldest most historic churches Charleston offers.
Our professional guides will tell you tales from the war, talk about traditions centuries old, and tell stories about the architecture that shaped Charleston the way it is today. There’s not a more fun or relaxed way to learn about History!
